Twiza exists to report illegal waste dumps in public space and get them cleaned up. It is neither a social network nor a debate forum: every report must relate to a real, located dump that is meant to be cleared.

1. Identifiable people

A photo must show the dump, not people. Avoid framing recognisable faces; if someone appears by accident, frame the shot differently. A report centred on a person rather than on the waste is removed.

2. Stay on topic

Any photo or description unrelated to a waste dump (a test, a joke, a deliberate duplicate, advertising) is off-topic and hidden.

3. Not a platform for causes

The app is about waste in public space. Political, religious or commercial content has no place here, including at the sites themselves (posters, banners, prominent logos). This rule applies to everyone equally, with no exception by subject.

4. Genuine reports

A report must match a real dump at the location given. A deliberately wrong position, a staged dump, or a repeat report with no new dump is treated as false or provocative.

5. What happens after a breach

A single item that breaks points 1 to 4 is hidden, with no effect on the account. Repeated breaches, shocking content, or a clear attempt to manipulate the map (multiple accounts, serial false reports) lead to a warning, then a suspension or a ban depending on severity.

6. Appealing a decision

Any account sanction can be appealed once, directly from the notification you receive.
